Straight, No Chaser

Made the Flickr feed Ajax, since it was slowing down the page load. Also shouldn’t interfere with the nifty corners script anymore.

I am loving working on my own, but I have been so damned busy lately that I have barely had the time to think. I have done more new coding this week than I have all year so far, and that is exactly what I wanted.

I am rediscovering Javascript. It’s been a while since I’ve taken a really good look at what it can do, and I’m starting to get a much better handle on it. GetElementById and the style object are so useful it hurts.

It has suddenly become summer-ish in San Francisco, almost without much spring. That means that it is wedding season, and I have several to look at attending in the next couple of months. Everywhere from Marin to Cabo. It’s going to be a busy summer.
